Junior Accounts Assistant

Working closely with the senior finance team, you will step into a high-performing and welcoming function to provide essential transactional support. Your daily focus will involve processing invoices, helping to clear administrative backlogs, updating both ledgers, and ensuring records are kept highly accurate. While this position starts as an urgent temporary contract to hit the ground running, it offers a fantastic foot in the door with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.

Skills required:

• Strong numerical competency with a natural comfort handling, processing, and reconciling basic financial figures.
• Excellent transactional processing skills with high typing accuracy and a sharp eye for identifying and resolving anomalies.
• Highly organised approach to work, with strong time management skills and a proactive attitude toward managing a busy daily workload.
• Confident and professional communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner to build a great rapport with internal staff and external clients alike.
