Trainee Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone recently out of university or currently studying AATs who is looking to build practical accounting experience within a professional, client-facing environment. The role will primarily focus on assisting with accounts payable functions while supporting the wider finance team. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, carrying out invoice checks, assisting with reconciliations, dealing with supplier and client queries, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting payment runs. You will also help with general finance administration and work closely with colleagues across the business, making this an ideal role for someone outgoing who enjoys communicating and building relationships.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a recent graduate or currently studying AATs, with a strong interest in building a career in accounting and finance.
• Be professional, well presented, and confident in a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail when handling financial information.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and be eager to learn through hands-on training.
