My client is a well-known and esteemed establishment based in the heart of the City Centre, and they are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team on initially a temporary basis.
In this unique Credit Control position, you will be responsible for maintaining regular payments from customers, and supporting the collection of outstanding balances in a sensitive and customer-focused manner You will work with a diverse range of individuals, so strong communication skills and a customer service background would be beneficial in this rewarding role.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or Customer Service role
- Experience working with a diverse group of customers is an advantage
- Be able to commute to Birmingham City Centre
- Have an empathetic and sensitive nature
