My client is an established Logistics business based in Solihull, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on initially a temporary basis, with a view to the role becoming permanent.
Supporting all elements of transactional accounts including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control, you will also assist with the production of management accounts and provide general support to the finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to stay in this role for the long term within a sociable and friendly team.
Skills required:
- Be looking to stay in the role for the long term
- Have a strong background in an all-round accounts role, whether that be as an Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper, Finance Manager of an SME, or Senior Accounts Assistant
- Be a competent user of MS Excel
- Be able to start immediately or at short notice
