My client is a large logistics business, and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis, working as an Accounts Assistant.
Working in a medium-sized finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash book, performing reconciliations daily, and providing holiday cover for payroll. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with all-round experience in transactional accounts to join a business that will provide you with full study support for your AAT/ACCA/CIMA, with opportunities to expand and grow within your role.
Ideally you will:
- Have a strong all-round experience within transactional accounts, preferably including payroll experience
- Have an excellent command of MS Excel
- Be available to start immediately
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
