Senior Property Accountant

Overview
Mitchell Adam are proud to be working with a reputable and expanding Property business looking to appoint a Senior Property Accountant into their established finance team. This is a visible, hands-on role supporting a varied portfolio, where you’ll take ownership of financial reporting while working closely with operational teams to ensure accuracy, clarity and commercial understanding across the numbers.

In this position you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality management and service charge reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and acting as a trusted finance contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. The role offers a strong blend of technical delivery and collaboration, suiting someone who enjoys autonomy, clear responsibility and working in a business-facing accounting environment.

Skills Needed

* Previous experience within property, client or portfolio accounting environments
* Strong technical grounding across management accounts, reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet controls
* Confident communicator able to build relationships with surveyors, operations and senior stakeholders
* Strong Excel and finance systems skills, comfortable analysing and presenting financial information
