Senior Payroll Offier

Overview

A well-established, reputable company are searching for a Senior Payroll Specialist. Based out of Wolverhampton, you will get the chance to join an ever-growing finance team. The business is looking for a dynamic and engaging individual who is looking to take the next steps in their career, where you look to gain full ownership of the payroll process. In this role you’ll be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales team and other stakeholders, giving you all-round exposure. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be given all the support to help you grow alongside the business, where they will be looking for you to observe and improve payroll procedures.

Skills required

• Some work experience in a similar position, so you can hit the ground running.
• A great understanding of payroll and a familiarity of payroll systems e.g. Tempaid Payroll, Aspire CRM and Sage, would be advantageous.
• Have great communication and time management skills, to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Have the ability to work autonomously while using your own initiative, demonstrating the trust the company will have in you.
