Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Officer, to join a fantastic business based in Birmingham. You will be Joining a well-established payroll team who focus on growing and being market leaders within their sector.

 

As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will be an integral part of the payroll team and will work closely with the payroll manager to ensure all payroll tasks are completed to a high standard. A key focus will be on ensuring will run end to end payroll processing, complete manual calculations and set up new pension schemes.

Skills required

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage workload effectively and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with a flexible approach to tasks required to allow you to support the wider payroll team
  • Experience in running end to end payroll processing and dealing with a high volume of work
