We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team in Lichfield, ideally starting December. This is a hands-on, influential role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to add real value from day one.
You will play a key part in both project accounting and statutory accounting, ensuring the business maintains strong financial control while supporting ongoing growth and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on month-end and management accounts production
- Oversee project accounting, including financial tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Support statutory accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors
- Deliver insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders
- Drive process improvements across the finance function
- Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced Management Accountant (QBE, Part-Qualified, or Fully Qualified considered)
- Strong background in project accounting and statutory accounting
- Confident with month-end, reporting, and financial control
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running
- Able to start in December (or very early January)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Salary & Benefits
