As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing finance team. This is a key strategic role offering the opportunity to influence business-critical decisions and drive value across complex, multi-million-pound contracts.

You will act as a true business partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial leadership and insight to support performance, challenge assumptions, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner senior operational leaders on major contracts and commercial decisions
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis, modelling, and insight to support business strategy
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for key business units
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive profitability and performance
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure consistency and best practice
  • Support bids, tenders, and contract reviews with financial input and scenario modelling
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and financial controls

About You:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within a contract-led or project-based environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
  • Confident working in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed business
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with large ERP systems is a plus
