Senior Credit Controller

Our well-established and award-winning client is actively searching to expand their ever-growing finance team due to an exciting period of growth. We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join the team and make an impact. Working in a supportive team full of like-minded individuals you will play an important part in collecting the company’s debt.

The successful candidate for this role will need exceptionally good interpersonal skills allowing you to confidently liaise with customers as well as both internal and external stakeholders of the business. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a sizeable ledger with a lot of live accounts. You will take on duties in this role such as; chasing overdue debt via phone and email as well as being able to support the more junior members of the team when required, you will need to demonstrate your ability to constantly hit KPI’s and targets.

Skills required:

• Have a strong background withing Credit Control, where you have worked in a busy environment and managed ledgers with multiple live accounts allowing you to hit the ground running.
• Be able to overcome any issues that may arise and resolving any queries in a timely manner.
• Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously allowing you to be a team player when required.
• Be immediately available or have a shortened notice period.
