In this role you will be handling the end-to-end processes, being the main point of contact for your own portfolio of clients and ensuring aged debt doesn’t exceed 6 months. This is a varied role where you will have autonomy to self-manage your day-to-day tasks to meet KPIs and where needed assist with managerial duties to support the team.

What you will need:

  • Due to having to manage your own ledger of clients, its essential to have prior experience covering end to end Credit Control processes.
  • Whilst not essential, it is advantageous to have prior experience managing a high-volume ledger.
  • Proficiency with Excel including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Excellent self-management skills to keep your portfolio organised, as well as an engaging nature with strong interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with clients and external stakeholders.
