Senior Client Accountant

Overview

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a leading Property Management business, who are looking to appoint a Senior Client Accountant to act as the dedicated finance contact for a large, high-profile client. This is a highly visible internal role, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of financial reporting and stakeholder relationships for a complex and varied portfolio.

Working closely with surveyors, operational teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial information, while acting as the first point of contact for all accounting queries. This role blends strong technical accounting with relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being trusted, visible, and relied upon, while continuing to progress their career within a structured and supportive environment.

Skills Needed

• Proven experience in client or property accounting, with the technical ability to deliver accurate management and service charge reporting

• Strong knowledge of budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet reporting

• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable owning and resolving complex queries

• Strong systems and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and explain financial information clearly
