Senior Accountant – Progression to Practice Manager

We are working exclusively with a growing, values-led accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant with leadership potential. This is a newly created role that offers hands-on responsibility and the chance to grow into a Practice Manager position over time. It is ideal for a technically strong accountant who is ready to broaden their scope and take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will manage client portfolios with confidence while supporting and mentoring colleagues. You will help ensure workflow is organised and client work is delivered seamlessly. You will work closely with the partners to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, and your input will be welcomed as the practice continues to grow. This role offers genuine visibility, responsibility, and the chance to have a meaningful impact on the day-to-day running of the business.
