An exciting job opportunity has come up within a fast-growing property business based in the Birmingham City Centre. We are currently in the process of supporting them recruit for a few new administrators due to an expansion of the team size. This position is for a Sales Administrator role that will be supporting with processing and coordinating their sales and client management. This position would be amazing for someone with 1-2 years in administration who is looking to start specialising within their administration career.


This position will involve co-ordinating appointments, scheduling workers, managing payments and keeping up to date reports to keep management up to speed on the files you are looking after. This position, although focused on administration and coordination at this stage, also offers a foot in the door with a successful property business that are always encouraging internal growth and are quick to recognise talent. This position could be the start of a fruitful and successful career.

Skills required

  • Have worked in an Administration before, having roughly 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Be confident on excel as this position will require you to manage the company spreadsheets via excel.
  • Be a confident, friendly person who is happy to be a face for the company and is comfortable with assisting with customer service responsibilities involved in this role.
  • Be someone who has strong attention to detail and is very diligent when processing things, picking up on minor details etc.
