For an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk who has experience processing CIS applicable invoices, our Construction partner is offering a fantastic, opportunity. This opportunity will be offered on a temporary to permanent basis, for a candidate that can prove at interview stage their competencies in processing invoices and demonstrating a clear understanding of CIS Tax and how this can affect an Accounts Payable function.

Skills required

  • Have at least two years’ experience working in a similar position, as a Purchase Ledger, or Accounts Payable Clerk.
  • Be well versed in identifying a CIS applicable invoice, have sound all round knowledge of the process, and be able to post to a CIS ledger.
  • Be capable of processing a large volume of invoices on a daily basis.
  • Have a background in education, i.e. AAT, although this is not necessary.
