Skills required:

  • Have previous transactional experience and a solid understanding purchase ledger.
  • Good knowledge and grounding in excel, VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables are beneficial, but not a necessity.
  • Highly organised and have excellent time management, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately, financial records are kept up to date and timely payments are made.
  • Have immediate availability or a short notice period.
