In this office based role you will have a rand of responsibilities including but not limited to processing invoices, assisting with month end, reconciliations and liaising closely with suppliers. This role is ideal for a confident individual with a track record of taking a proactive approach and being forward thinking towards improving processes and themselves professionally within the company.

What you will need:

  • Prior experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk position or similar role overseeing accounts payable processes is required.
  • Prior experience with accountancy software including Sage and Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS is required. Whilst not essential experience with Netsuite is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to excel in both a collaborative culture whilst also working autonomously to manage your own ledger.
  • Excellent communication and written skills to excel at liaising with suppliers and internally within the company including within the Finance team and with other departments as required.
