Our client is a fast-growing services group with a reputation for innovation and exceptional guest experiences. As the business continues to expand, they are embarking on a period of financial transformation to enhance processes, improve reporting, and implement new systems across the group.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Project Accountant to lead on process improvements, system implementations, and the development of smarter, more efficient ways of working. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, delivering improved data visibility, and supporting future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Lead the implementation of new finance systems, ensuring successful integration with operational teams.

  • Design and deliver improved reporting frameworks to support decision-making across the business.

  • Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.

  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring new processes are embedded effectively.

The Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with strong project experience.

  • Track record of leading process improvement and system implementation projects.

  • Hospitality, leisure, or multi-site industry experience preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
