The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Project Accountant to lead on process improvements, system implementations, and the development of smarter, more efficient ways of working. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, delivering improved data visibility, and supporting future growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Review existing financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Lead the implementation of new finance systems, ensuring successful integration with operational teams.

Design and deliver improved reporting frameworks to support decision-making across the business.

Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.

Support change management initiatives, ensuring new processes are embedded effectively.
The Candidate

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with strong project experience.

Track record of leading process improvement and system implementation projects.

Hospitality, leisure, or multi-site industry experience preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
