Working closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, you’ll translate data into actionable insights that support smarter, faster decisions in a high-growth FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, design, and implement process improvements across core finance and operational functions.

Develop and automate financial reporting tools to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise working capital, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.

Support system upgrades and the adoption of new technologies to improve end-to-end financial processes.

Lead change management efforts, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.

Proven track record of delivering measurable process and systems improvements.
