Practice Manager

I’m genuinely delighted to be working exclusively with a growing, values-led accountancy practice in Sutton Coldfield on a brand-new Practice Manager opportunity.

This role has come about for all the right reasons – the firm has grown organically through word-of-mouth and genuine client relationships. They’ve reached a point where demand is so strong, they’ve had to start turning work away. Now they’re ready for a proactive, positive, and people-focused Practice Manager to help them take the next step in their journey.

The Role

You’ll be the heartbeat of the practice – working closely with the partners to keep things running smoothly, supporting a close-knit team, and helping shape what comes next for the firm.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Support the team in confidently managing their portfolios

• Organise and delegate workflow to ensure client work is delivered seamlessly

• Be a trusted right-hand to the partners, helping drive both efficiency and growth

• Bring ideas to the table – this is a role where your input will truly matter
