Practice Manager

I’m delighted to be working exclusively with a growing accountancy practice in Sutton Coldfield on an exciting new Practice Manager role.

This position has been created due to the firm’s fantastic growth – in fact, they’ve been so busy recently they’ve had to turn clients away. They now need a proactive and enthusiastic Practice Manager to help shape the next stage of their journey.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with the partners and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the practice. You’ll:

• Support the team in confidently managing their portfolios
• Organise and delegate workflow to ensure smooth delivery of client work
• Act as the partner’s right hand in driving operational efficiency and business growth
• Take on responsibility that will allow you to make a real impact on the future of the firm

About You

This role is an excellent step up for a Senior Accountant from a practice background who’s looking to move into a more operational and leadership-focused position. You’ll need to be:

• An experienced accountant with solid practice knowledge
• A confident communicator who can build trust with both colleagues and clients
