We are recruiting for a motivated and professional Payroll Officer who strives for the very best level of service in all aspects of work.

As the Payroll Officer, you will play a significant role in managing all aspects of weekly and monthly payroll, as well as supporting with streamlining processes and reporting. A key focus will be on build rapport with people at level and deal with any inquires in a timely and professional manner.

Skills required:

  • Be a confident communicator and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders whilst demonstrating a high level of comfort
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word and demonstrate strong knowledge of PAYE, SMP and NIC
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work with the ability to multi-task and work independently if needed
