This newly created, role sits within a busy and high-performing Finance team and offers the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
The role involves regular interaction with fee earners and administrative teams, helping to maintain strong internal communication and effective working relationships. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will assist with maintaining records, updating internal registers and documentation, preparing reports, supporting internal reviews, and handling general departmental administration. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in a professional services environment who is confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
Skills and experience required
- A strong academic background, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Confident communicating with senior management and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
