In this role, you will work closely with a major client on the financial management of their property portfolio, taking on a wide range of responsibilities across both management and financial reporting. You will handle accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, before moving into P&L analysis, forecasting and variance reporting and presenting your findings. This variety will give you a solid foundation across the finance spectrum, while your day-to-day interaction with senior stakeholders ensures you gain the commercial exposure needed to progress.

Key Requirements

• Actively studying ACCA or CIMA, with the ambition to qualify and grow into senior roles.
• Prior exposure to accruals, prepayments and reconciliations, with strong GL knowledge.
• An analytical, proactive mindset with the confidence to solve problems and add value.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
