Part Qualified Accountant

Overview
My client, a revered and rapidly transforming Property Management group is expanding their service offering and looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis, to work closely with the qualified Financial Accountant to deliver bespoke reporting to your assigned entity. You will be joining a knowledgeable and dedicated team, surrounded by helpful individuals each striving to grow too.

The role on offer will encourage the successful candidate to get stuck in with a host of duties, working with the wider department to improve processes and reporting procedures, amounting in a large impact the candidate can deliver. You will be compiling the month end accounts pack from start to finish, from compiling figures from large data sets, to creating a variance, delivering commentaries, budgets and forecasts.

Skills Needed

• Prior experience preparing the month end pack unsupervised.
• Be a motivated self-starter in order to fit in with an inspired finance team.
• You will ideally be actively sitting your ACCA/CIMA examinations with a view to become qualified in the not-too-distant future.
• Experience within the Property management field would be advantageous but is not required for the role.
