Overview

This successful, established and fast-paced business in Birmingham are looking to strengthen their accounts team with the appointment of a newly qualified Management Accountant. This role will be working various areas of the business gaining experience all around along with business collaborating with experienced operational professionals. This role would come with challenges and various new projects to work on as the business continues to grow year on year. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a vibrant unique office, which still has the family feel.

Skills required

  • Have strong management accounts experience, progressing gently from an Assistant Accountant to a Management Accountant over the last few years, along with business partnering with operational members
  • Be recently qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and looking for a genuine opportunity to advance, progress and develop your career in a medium sized growing business
  • Demonstrate excellent excel skills and data manipulation using v look ups, pivots, and basic macro adjustments
  • Have tangible drive of improving processes and procedures by reducing the time taken with month end tasks and reporting
