Management Accountant (Ref: TB)

We are looking for a Management Accountant who is a confident communicator, a self-starter and an individual who loves a challenge. This Management Accountant will join a vibrant SME business based in Bromsgrove.

This role will see you resume significant responsibility as you are wholly responsibility for the production on management accounts for various group companies, variance analysis and the production and presentation of monthly board packs. It is important for this positon that you have an understanding of transactional roles as you will be offering guidance and support to the sales and purchase ledger teams where necessary.

As you work closely with the experienced Finance Director you will develop your own skillset while using your experience to offer your input in improvements for the business. Whether that be for maximising use of systems and suggesting cost saving initiatives. You will also be responsible for weekly dashboard margin reporting and analysis.
