We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the finance team, working closely with senior finance leadership to support the delivery of accurate financial reporting and business performance. This is a varied and hands-on position, providing exposure to management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis across a multi-site operation. The role offers the opportunity to become a key member of the finance team while working closely with operational stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
Skills Needed
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Previous experience preparing management accounts, including month-end reporting, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems, with a proactive approach to improving reporting processes.
