Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding business that operates across multiple European markets as part of a larger international group. With a diverse multi-entity structure and a commercially focused finance function, the business offers the opportunity to gain exposure to complex accounting processes within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines core management accounting responsibilities with regular interaction across operational departments, giving you the opportunity to contribute to financial decision-making across several entities. You will also support and oversee a small team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen both their technical accounting and leadership experience.

Skills Needed

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, with a commitment to completing your professional qualification.

• Previous experience preparing or assisting with management accounts and a strong understanding of core accounting principles.

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across different departments and support junior members of the finance team.

• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail, with strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial reporting.
