Management Accountant

Overview

Mitchell Adam are proud to be partnering with an international manufacturing business, with a key site based in Wolverhampton, to appoint a Management Accountant into their finance team. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion, making it an excellent time to join a business that actively develops and progresses its people.

This is a broad and hands-on role, where you will take full ownership of the end-to-end management accounts process for the site. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly reporting, including full P&L and balance sheet preparation, supported by detailed analysis and commentary to explain performance.

Alongside core reporting, you will work closely with both UK-based operational teams and US stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and supporting business performance. This role offers strong visibility across the wider group, combining technical delivery with stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skills Needed

• Experience producing full management accounts with strong P&L and balance sheet exposure.
• Confident managing the month-end process including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and produce meaningful commentary.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders, including non-finance and international teams.
