Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a highly specialised and prestigious business based in Warwick, who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting for a key entity within their portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be solely responsible for the end-to-end management accounts process for your entity, producing accurate and timely P&L and balance sheet reporting. The role will cover all aspects of month-end including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations, alongside the manipulation and analysis of financial data to produce meaningful commentary for SLT. You will play a key role in interpreting performance, identifying trends and ensuring financial information is both clear and actionable.

Skills Needed

• Experience producing full management accounts with strong balance sheet and P&L exposure.
• Confident handling journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
• Ability to produce clear financial commentary and communicate with senior stakeholders.
