Our client, a high-performing and well-established Services business based in North Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Management Accountant at a finalist level, to step into a commercially focused Business Partnering role. Reporting into a supportive and commercially minded Finance Director, you’ll take ownership of producing full monthly management account packs while acting as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders. This role blends technical delivery with commercial challenge, giving you the chance to sharpen your business partnering skillset ahead of qualification and position yourself strongly for the next step in your career.

Skills Needed

• ACCA/CIMA finalist with strong, hands-on management accounting experience.

• Proven ability to produce full management account packs including P&L, balance sheet, accruals, prepayments, and commentary.

• Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis within a service-led environment.

• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting financial insight and constructively challenging non-finance stakeholders.
