The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the financial performance of the group, producing accurate management accounts, preparing detailed budgets and forecasts, and delivering meaningful analysis for stakeholders, which will drive key decision-making. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, acting as a trusted business partner and offering insight that supports growth and efficiency.

Skills Needed

• Strong background in preparing management accounts, and ideally, exposure to forecasts.
• Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA (or recently qualified), with clear ambition to progress.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large, multi-site data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
