Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are partnering with an excellent business based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, who are looking for a motivated Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected business. You will support financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting activities, contributing to effective decision-making and financial control across the business.

This is an excellent role for a Finalist or newly qualified accountant to showcase their knowledge and ability to work autonomously in busy environment.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a finalist or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with experience in a similar role.
• Have a solid understanding of management accounting principles including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and knowledge using finance systems.
• Hold clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial situations.
