As a Management Accountant you will be covering various duties, such as producing management accounts, assisting the Finance Director with the creation of budgets and providing detailed commentary when presenting your findings to the board. This is a role for an established accountant who is confident and versatile. This organisation understands that customer service is paramount, but do not sacrifice employee satisfaction and engagement to achieve this. Skills Required

• To be experienced in producing management accounts, but also to be confident in completing responsibilities such as payroll and occasionally transactional duties when necessary.
• To have excellent time management skills, this fast-paced role will see you being responsible for your own calendar at times, which gives you a fantastic level of freedom.
• To be confident, in this role you will be presenting in front of senior management, it is essential to be composed and charismatic in this role.
• To be self-assured in your abilities, this role is varied and you will be completing a variety of responsibilities, it is key to be able to produce a high quality of work.
