They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team with a strong level of experience and ambition. The role provides some fantastic exposure to senior responsibilities such as business partnering and will ensure you become an integral component of the finance function when producing the management accounts for the Head of Finance. Alongside this you will be attending regular financial meetings and providing an added commentary for the senior stakeholders. The role provides a wealth of freedom for the successful candidate, the flexible start and finish times really help employees balance their work and social life.

Skills Required

• To be confident and to be able to communicate with people from all levels of seniority and background is essential.
• To be confident producing management account packs, including responsibilities such as completing reconciliations, posting journals and producing comprehensive reports for senior management.
• To have excellent time management skills, as it is important to be able to produce a high quality of work and prioritise the integral tasks.
• To be charismatic as the organisation have a great social culture and often go on trips and work meals.
