An exciting and expansive organisation based in the heart of Birmingham have approached Mitchell Adam to assist them with the recruitment into their fantastic finance team. The organisation are looking for a talented and versatile Management Accountant to join their team and hit the ground running. Their offices are based in the vibrant Birmingham Business District and are easily accessible, they offer a very flexible hybrid working package which ensures even those on the outskirts of the city will be able to apply to this fantastic opportunity.

As a Management Accountant you will be covering various duties, such as producing management accounts, assisting the Finance Director with the creation of budgets and providing detailed commentary when presenting your findings to the board. This is a role for an established accountant who is confident and versatile.

Skills Required

  • To be experienced in producing management accounts, but also to be confident in completing responsibilities such as payroll and occasionally transactional duties when necessary.
  • To be confident, in this role you will be presenting in front of senior management, it is essential to be composed and charismatic in this role.
  • To be self-assured in your abilities, this role is varied and you will be completing a variety of responsibilities, it is key to be able to produce a high quality of work.
  • To have excellent time management skills, this fast-paced role will see you being responsible for your own calendar at times, which gives you a fantastic level of freedom.
