Junior Accountant

An established and growing organisation is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. As a Junior Accountant, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a particular focus on sales ledger management, customer accounts, and billing processes. You will be responsible for raising and processing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, allocating payments, and assisting with debt management activities. Working closely with customers and internal departments, you will handle account queries, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideally you will:

• Have previous experience within finance or a fast paced administration and customer service
• Be confident managing customer accounts, processing invoices, allocating payments, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Possess strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve account queries.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload effectively within a busy environment.
