Junior Accountant

A progressive and well-established organisation is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop within finance. The role will mainly support the accounts payable function while also providing experience within the sales ledger, ensuring well-rounded development. Duties will include processing purchase invoices, carrying out invoice validations, assisting with reconciliations, supporting payment runs, and ensuring financial records are kept accurate and up to date. You will also assist with sales ledger responsibilities such as raising sales invoices, allocating customer payments, and helping to resolve account queries. In addition, you will provide general finance and administrative support, working closely with the wider finance team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
