Overview

Our client is looking for a Service Charge Manager with commercial property experience to support the team through one of the companies key client’s year end period, this is an interim role with a generous hybrid setting.

 

A successful candidate will drive and empower the team to build strong relationships with clients whilst identifying new business opportunities to promote growth. You will need an organised approach and service charge experience will help deliver and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Skills required

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) desirably from a property or financial accounts background.
  • Have excellent technical, project and delegation skills to assist you and your team with hitting targets.
  • Be an experienced Property accounts professional with an understanding of service charge balance sheets and preferably gained experience in the preparation of an extended trial balance
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide influential insight to financial and non-financial people, whilst building strong work relationships throughout the company.
