Mitchell Adam are searching for a strong Finance Manager to absorb the responsibilities of running the finance function of an SME business based in Oldbury on an interim basis to support the business whilst they are restructuring the department on a permanent basis.

Within this well-rounded role you will be responsible for completing daily cash flow forecasting, paying invoices as well as pulling together the monthly management accounts and being hands on with the operational level team supporting with payroll, balance sheet reconciliations and other daily duties. You will also be required to handle the VAT returns in April.

What is required;

A proven track record of successful contracts leading a finance function within a fast paced SME environment.

Showcase previous experience including completing monthly management accounts, supporting payroll and leading a team.

Have a hit the ground running with a willingness to immerse yourself into a new business and their culture.

Have excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to work with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
