Mitchell Adam are searching for a strong Finance Manager to strengthen and lead the finance function of a highly acquisitive, PE backed SME business located just outside of Stoke-on-Trent, this role is available on an interim basis.
Our Client is going through an exciting period of growth throughout the finance function to support it’s latest acquisition. This exciting role will support the expansion of the finance function whilst leading and mentoring the current team.
Within this well-rounded role you will be responsible for completing daily cash flow forecasting as well as pulling together the monthly management accounts and being hands on with the operational level team supporting with payroll, balance sheet reconciliations and other daily duties.
What is required;
A proven track record of successful contracts leading a finance function within a fast paced SME environment.
Showcase previous experience including completing monthly management accounts, supporting payroll and leading a team.
Have a hit the ground running with a willingness to immerse yourself into a new business and their culture.
Have excellent communication and relationship skills with the ability to work with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
