An outstanding legal firm is seeking a proactive and professional individual to join its Procurement team, with a strong focus on indirect procurement. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of a wide range of procurement projects across indirect spend categories, ensuring objectives are met on time and to a high standard. You will manage the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including requirements scoping, development of sourcing strategies, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract drafting. A key aspect of the role will be identifying and delivering cost-saving and value creation opportunities across the business by building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Skills required

  • Proven experience in a similar procurement role, with strong exposure to indirect procurement and end-to-end sourcing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new suppliers and manage competitive sourcing exercises.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the confidence to resolve queries and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and KPIs, supported by excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident and outgoing communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ambitious, driven, and hands-on, with a willingness to contribute ideas and offer sound commercial advice.
