I am currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Officer to join a leading, successful business based in Birmingham. This company is looking for an experienced, professional Payroll Officer to join their business due to growth.

This role will include dealing will all aspects of Payroll ranging from providing analysis of absence, overtime and other payroll information to interacting with all colleagues within the company. My client is looking for an individual who can make the role their own with the possibility of developing a team in the future.

Ideally you will;

  • Be able to manage end to end payroll with extensive knowledge of the latest relevant legislations laws
  • Have prior experience of working within a professional services business, however applicants without this knowledge will still be considered
  • Be able to deal with both finance and non-finance employees should any queries arise, possessing outstanding communication skills
  • Have good excel skills with the ability to use key formulas and spread sheets that can be analysed easily when presented to the wider Team
