Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing and unique Events business based in Solihull is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Finance Manager to head up their Finance Team, and business partner with internal teams. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be liaising with multiple departments to implement processes and refine your own function.

 

Using your fantastic Management Accounts knowledge, you will be collecting data to analyse trends, and reporting directly to non-financial stakeholders with commentary, including; compiling budgets, financial statements, the forecasting and monitoring of cash flow.

Skills required

  • Have management accounts exposure in a busy department.
  • Be part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or preferably qualified by experience.
  • Possess strong communication skills, as you will be reporting in to the CEO, and other external stakeholders.
  • Be system literate, with intermediate skills in Excel and a strong eye for detail.

What you will recieve

  • Be able to challenge the status quo and implement ideas for process improvement.
  • Head up the accounts team of a stable business experiencing a period of rapid growth, and get to manage a direct report in the future.
  • Work in an easily accessible office out of Solihull.
