Our client, a market-leading manufacturing business based just outside of Sevenoaks, is seeking an immediately available driven and commercially focused Commercial Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified accountant who wants to play a key role in shaping business performance, supporting strategic decisions, and challenging the status quo.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate management accounts, improving the understanding of financial drivers and supporting key decisions across the business. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, streamline processes and become a trusted partner to Marketing, Product Management and wider commercial teams.
A successful candidate will have a strong core knowledge of finance, ideally from within the manufacturing sector, who is looking to grow their experience within a commercially focused role.
Ideally, you will:
- Be a part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic, engaging approach to work.
- Hold the ability to see the big picture while managing detailed project delivery and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Have Strong prioritisation skills with focus on business benefit as well as the ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
