My client is a Property Management business based in Birmingham City Centre and they are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Working amongst an established Purchase Ledger team, you will assist with the processing of invoices to help reduce a back log. You will be confident in dealing with queries and performing supplier statement reconciliation.

Ideally you will:

  • Have at least 6 month’s experience in a purchase ledger role
  • Be a confident user of MS Excel
  • Be able to commute to Birmingham City Centre daily
  • Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers with ease
