My client is an international business and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team to support with a new system.
Working in a large and established team, you will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and be responsible for the processing of supplier invoices, performing supplier statement reconciliation, dealing with supplier queries, and assisting with payment runs.
Skills required:
- At least 6 months experience working within a financial administration position
- Be able to commute to Northampton daily
- Have a strong command of MS Excel and be competent in the use of financial systems
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to forge strong relationships with both suppliers and colleagues
