We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a large, global organisation based in Solihull on a long term temporary basis.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working amongst a large, established finance team, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of purchase invoices, dealing with supplier queries and managing relationships with different sites, performing supplier statement reconciliation, and assisting with the monthly payment run. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established finance team within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Skills required:
- Previous experience working within Accounts Payable in a global business preferred
- Be a car driver with access with your own vehicle due to location
- Have an good working proficiency with MS Excel ideally with the ability to create Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with existing suppliers
